Terms & Conditions

1. Booking

A booking is considered valid once a 50% down payment is received. Full payment is due no later than H-14 before departure. Slot availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• H-30 or more: 80% refund of the total payment
• H-15 to H-29: 50% refund
• Less than H-15: no refund, can be rescheduled once (15% admin fee)

3. Liability

Chiffon International Travel is responsible for the services we sell. For events beyond our control (force majeure, extreme weather, government policy), we will help find the best solution but are not liable for costs arising outside the package.

4. Changes

These terms & conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be announced on this page and take effect 14 days after the announcement.
